Planning Application
Plantech specialise in the preparation and submission of new house designs, home extensions, and all residential related planning applications. We act as our clients agents for the whole duration of the planning application pending, whilst liaising with Local Planning Authorities and action all relevant administrative requirements.
Project Management
We take the hassle and stress out of running a construction site for our clients. We are the single point of contact and responsible for every professional aspect of the project. We manage and direct the site crew, logistics, bank valuations, contract assistance, on site support and arrange live adminstration for the duration of works up to the point of turn-key new home hand over to our clients.
Design and Build
Working with our nominated main building contractor Nuhaus and other trusted suppliers within the construction industry, we can provide a one stop shop design and build service for our clients.
